9.Northern Arizona University
Northern Arizona University School of Hotel and Restaurant Management grants a B.S. in hotel and restaurant management and a B.S. in international hospitality management. The school reaches off-campus students by offering classes online and at local community colleges.
10.Washington State University School of Hospitality Business Management
The School of Hospitality Business Management only offers a B.A. but will launch a Ph.D. program in the fall of 2010. The Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research ranked the school 11th in the world for top-level research in 2009.
